- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.
- Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions, injuries, and disorders.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans for patients, including medication prescriptions, physical therapy, and surgical options.
- Assist Orthopedic Surgeons in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and surgical accuracy.
- Provide post-operative care and closely monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families on orthopedic conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
- Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license.
- Board certification in Orthopedics.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in Orthopedics.
- Strong clinical knowledge and skills in orthopedic medicine.
- Excellent diagnostic abilities and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in performing orthopedic procedures and assisting in surgeries.
