Acute Medicine Unit Lead

We are seeking a skilled Team Lead/Charge Nurse to join our Acute Medicine Schukar Unit on night shifts. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional patient care and lead by example in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
About the Role
This is a part-time position offering flexibility and opportunities for career growth. As a Team Lead/Charge Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting the nursing team to ensure quality care is delivered.
- Critical assessment of patient data to proactively mitigate impending changes in condition.
- Facilitating identification and resolution of gaps in care from hospitalization to discharge.
- Leading the development and implementation of individual plans of care with defined goals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of two years of RN work experience.
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to analyze complex clinical issues and develop effective solutions.
