We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our Acute Medicine Unit team at BJC HealthCare. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely and effective treatment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care.
- Promote patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
- Educate patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration.
- Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing required.
- No Experience required, but prior experience as an RN is preferred.
- Must have a valid RN license.

The salary range for this position is approximately $88,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer competitive bonuses and additional compensation for experienced nurses.
