We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Special Education Paraprofessional. As a member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students with special needs achieve their academic and personal goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist students with special needs in academic and functional skills
  • Support students in developing social and emotional skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
