Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the production of our Preconditioned Air Units (PCA) and Underground Pit equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

Your Responsibilities:
- Execute routine quality tasks to maintain AS9100 compliance.
- Properly install mechanical components according to specifications, schematics, and assembly drawings provided by the engineering team.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
- Troubleshoot and inspect configurations, rework, repair, and test equipment as necessary.
- Support the Production Team Supervisor in daily operations.

Key Duties Include:
1. Study assembly instructions, blueprints, specifications, schematics, and parts lists.
2. Gather necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials for assembly tasks.
3. Position components and tools accurately using templates or measurements.
4. Assemble parts by ensuring correct fit and connections.
5. Verify specifications by measuring completed products.
6. Address assembly issues or product defects by notifying the supervisor.
7. Rework or repair assembled products according to engineering specifications.
8. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly experience required; refrigeration assembly experience preferred.
- Familiarity with fiberglass is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Recent graduates are welcome, provided they are eager to learn and adaptable.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting diagrams and schematics.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
