Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will function under the direction of the Nurse Director/Manager and be responsible for the coordination of safe patient care delivery for specified and diverse patient populations. This will include assessing patient/family needs, developing and prioritizing patient goals, evaluating care delivery, and continually revising the plan of care to meet the biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs of the patient/family.

Qualifications
Current Kansas RN licensure is required, as well as current BLS certification upon hire. Telemetry, ICU, and PCU experience is preferred, and ACLS and post-surg certifications are required within the first year of employment. A 2-year degree is required, and specific certifications are required within one year of hire. Preferred qualifications include a 4-year degree and at least one year of recent experience in a similar healthcare setting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is also preferred.
