Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development of our Account Integrity strategy. This position is integral to our Integrity (Trust & Safety) team, dedicated to ensuring that Tinder remains a secure platform for all users.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the strategic vision for Account Integrity initiatives, aligning with broader organizational goals.
- Oversee the product roadmap aimed at preventing unauthorized access and maintaining user authenticity on the platform.
- Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Machine Learning, Analytics, Legal, Privacy, and Security, to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Analyze fraud trends and devise effective measures to enhance user account security while ensuring a seamless login experience.
- Drive significant cost savings through strategic product management initiatives.
- Engage with external partners and industry groups to enhance our security solutions.
- A proactive approach with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and design.
- Demonstrated success in launching Identity or Account Integrity products from concept to execution.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to work alongside ML/AI teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Experience in delivering consumer-facing features across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and Web.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration.
