Job Summary

Perpetual Labor Sourcing is seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team for a commercial project. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and clean construction sites, removing debris and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Build and maintain temporary structures, such as scaffolding, and operate equipment as needed.
  • Assist workers from other trades with their tasks and provide support as required.
  • Perform manual labor tasks, including digging trenches and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • OSHA 10 certification required.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation to and from worksites.
  • Basic personal protective equipment (PPE) provided, or must be able to provide own.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently.
  • Two forms of identification required.
What We Offer

Perpetual Labor Sourcing offers a competitive hourly rate of $16-$18 per hour, depending on experience.
