Automotive Title Clerk

Ed Martin Toyota is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing wholesale titles, checking in incoming used titles, and preparing tax and title documents.

• Process Wholesale Titles: Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications.
• Check In Incoming Used Titles: Ensure that all information is complete and accurate in the application.
• Prepare Tax and Title Documents: Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work and report to management on the status of any missing or problem titles.
• Submit Title Applications: Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
• Prior Dealership or BMV Experience: Preferred.
• Strong Administrative Skills: Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required.
• Organized: Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment.
• Office Skills: Proficient in Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, and Outlook) and 10-key.
