Admissions Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admissions Strategist to join our team at MyComputerCareer Inc. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a critical role in implementing strategies to recruit qualified applicants for our programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions and recruitment, with a proven track record of success in hiring and managing admissions representatives. You will be responsible for training, motivating, and managing our admissions team, as well as monitoring their performance and submitting regular reports to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants
• Train and manage admissions representatives to ensure they meet performance standards
• Monitor and analyze admissions data to inform recruitment strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including admissions representatives, faculty, and staff
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of experience in admissions and recruitment, preferably in a higher education setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
