Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team in the Diabetes Care division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing failure analysis investigations, supporting small to medium-sized projects, and performing sustaining activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform failure analysis investigations in a timely manner
  • Support driving small to medium project to completion either independently or under the direction of a Supervisor
  • Support sustaining activities such as process improvement and/or tooling updates
  • Provide assistance and guidance for other engineers in the lab
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering
  • Min 5 yrs of experience in any industry but must be in a QA role; Med Dev strongly preferred
  • Experience performing product failure analysis
  • Engineering background to support technical investigations, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Substantial demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills; critical thinking skills
  • Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
