  • Ability to lift weights regularly
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure the cleanliness of the property, management office, and landscaping, removing any litter as needed
  • Maintain mail rooms by disposing of trash, sweeping floors, and organizing bulletin boards
  • Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as required
  • Respond to requests for window screen replacements on the first floor
  • Assist in preparing apartments for new residents by performing tasks such as trash removal, caulking, appliance checks, and smoke detector replacements
  • Clean air conditioning vents and change filters in vacant units
  • Manage the installation, relocation, and connection of appliances
  • Regularly replace air filters in occupied apartments according to the schedule
  • Ensure the pool area is clean by washing down surfaces, picking up debris, and arranging furniture
  • Perform minor painting tasks as directed
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new occupants by ensuring they are clean and ready
  • Provide assistance to the Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as needed
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and deadline-oriented skills are essential
  • Availability for on-call duties to respond to after-hours emergencies
