Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Methodist Hospital Northlake. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting licensed pharmacists with various inpatient pharmacy activities, ensuring the accurate preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications.

• Assist pharmacists with interpreting, entering, preparing, and dispensing medications
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
• Restock pharmacy shelves and assist with purchasing medications
• Perform daily activities and tasks under minimal supervision

• High School Diploma or GED
• Recent experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy
• IN Licensure/Registration/Certification requirements
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
