About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology Nurse to join our team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. As a member of our Radiation Oncology Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our department.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and experience in radiation therapy. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. Your expertise will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating treatments.

About the Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a registered nurse (RN) license in Virginia or North Carolina. A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, but a diploma or associate's degree will also be considered. You should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in radiation oncology or a related field. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, and ACLS/PALS certifications are desirable.
