We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier/Receptionist to join our Service Department team at Greenway Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service and repair transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner, identify and resolve customer concerns, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Transaction Management: Receive and process payments for products and services, operate the point-of-sale system, and manage customer data, including service history and contact information.
- Communication: Answer dealership phones, direct calls as necessary, and coordinate with department personnel to resolve customer issues.
- Financial Management: Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required, and follow all safety and security procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or related experience preferred, with a focus on retail and money-handling experience.
- Skills: Strong math skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Personal Qualities: Neat, clean, and professional appearance, helpful attitude, and friendly demeanor.
