New Home Project Manager

RHP Properties, the nation's largest private owner and operator of manufactured home communities, is seeking a highly skilled New Home Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful setup and installation of new homes in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the New Home Senior Project Manager to prepare and obtain home site surveys.
  • Research home setbacks at the local level, including city and county regulations.
  • Manage and track the shipping, arrival, and setup of new homes.
  • Assess existing home sites to determine required site preparation.
  • Assist communities in receiving and setting up new homes, as well as vendor setup.
  • Locate and contract with vendors to ensure reasonable pricing and cost control.
  • Travel approximately 60% of the time.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management or similar experience, preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Working knowledge of physical facilities, including construction and renovation.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to develop and negotiate proposals and contracts with vendors and project partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
  • Valid operator's license and reliable transportation.
