About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Mass General Brigham.

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pediatric patients with hematology oncology conditions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering chemotherapy and medical infusions, as well as supporting nursing practice through evidence-based nursing protocols and leadership development.

Job Summary

In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administration of chemotherapy and medical infusions
  • Support nursing practice through evidence-based nursing protocols
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care delivery
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality of care
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of pediatric hematology oncology nursing experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
