Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $115,000-$145,000, commensurate with experience. This figure may vary based on individual circumstances and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Staff Nurse in Hematology/Oncology at Mass General Brigham, you will be part of a dynamic team providing comprehensive care to patients facing complex cancer diagnoses. Your role will involve administering life-saving treatments, such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T, under the supervision of experienced physicians and nurses.

You will work closely with colleagues from various departments to ensure seamless coordination of patient care, always prioritizing their comfort, dignity, and well-being. By participating in the shared governance structure, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions and best practices within our department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current registration in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Prior experience in hem/onc or related fields
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
