Bagel Manufacturing Specialist

Job Summary:

Coffee & Bagel Brands is seeking a skilled Bagel Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality bagels are produced while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure ingredients accurately and record lot codes for traceability purposes.
• Review and adhere to company FIFO policy.
• Ensure all ingredients are packaged in conformance with company standards.
• Adhere to company allergen handling policies.
• Inspect ingredient buckets and lids before and after use for damage and remove from service if identified.
• Complete all paperwork legibly and securely store formulas when not in use.
• Comply with all company processes, standards, and policies.
• Responsible for the manufacture of safe, legal, and quality product.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to lift, bend, and move intermittently during working hours.
