Job Overview:

We currently have openings for CDL Laborers - Restoration across various job sites.

The CDL Operator and Restoration Specialist will be responsible for assisting with equipment operations and performing manual labor tasks related to concrete patching, sod restoration, asphalt work, and other duties as assigned by the foreman.
  • Experience as a member of an asphalt crew.
  • Familiarity with tandem/dump trucks and equipment trailers.
  • Possession of a valid CDL A license is required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Prior experience in construction is advantageous.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Must maintain a valid driver's license, with a Class A CDL preferred.
  • Close vision and peripheral vision are necessary for certain tasks.
  • Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with safety regulations.
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures.
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks safely.
  • Willingness to travel on a short-term basis as needed.
