Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Foreman to join our team in Commerce City, CO. As a key member of our restoration division, you will be responsible for ensuring work crews begin work on time, have the necessary tools, and accurately complete documentation and reports. You will provide direct oversight for the crew/employees, inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications, and promote a safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure work crews begin work on time and have the necessary tools and equipment.
- Provide direct oversight for the crew/employees and inspect work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications.
- Accurately complete documentation and reports.
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience working in construction.
- 1+ year of experience directly supervising employees.
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
- Prior construction knowledge required.
- Class A license preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Lift and/or move 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, and work on uneven surfaces.
- Speak and hear continuously.
Work Environment:
- Exposed to outside weather conditions.
- Exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold, heat, and humidity.
- Loud noise levels.
- Exposed to slow- or fast-moving traffic.
