The supervisor will collaborate closely with clinical staff to address equipment issues, support new technology implementations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the hospital. Additionally, depending on the team's workload, the supervisor is expected to perform light preventive maintenance/technical tasks as well as being part of on-call rotation. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher in a related field

  • AAMI-CBET certification (required or obtained within 12 months of employment)

Pay Range:

$98.66HourlyNote: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting.
