Job Title: Master Data Specialist - Data Synchronization

At Jack Link's, we're looking for a skilled Master Data Specialist to join our team. As a Master Data Specialist - Data Synchronization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of our master data across various systems and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the creation, review, and management of the data-synchronization process from Jack Link's to our external customers using tools such as 1WorldSync, Salsify, and Syndigo.
  • Gather necessary attributes and data from various resources, including SAP, Web DAM, Product Life Management (PLM), and others.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Creative Services, Marketing, Project Management, Sales, Operations, IT, and Regulatory, as well as external stakeholders to ensure accurate communication of Material Master details.
  • Implement data validation techniques to ensure data integrity and quality is of the highest degree based on risk and criticality.
  • Responsible for creating and updating master data to reflect accurate item information, including descriptions.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience using 1WorldSync, Salsify, Syndigo, and/or IX-ONE.
  • Experience managing GTIN and GS1 Standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
  • Experience in a manufacturing/distribution environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in 1WorldSync, Salsify, Syndigo, and/or IX-ONE.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing GTIN and GS1 Standards.
