Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with analysts to deliver swift issue resolution and harness the power of cutting-edge supply chain technologies.
  • Test and implement client-specific enhancements to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs, resolve issues, and provide dedicated post-implementation support.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive testing and issue resolution strategies.
Requirements:
  • Four-year bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience developing, supporting, or implementing packaged application software.
  • 6 months of experience with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or a related relational database.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain/Order Management products.
  • Experience with order fulfillment processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Ability to understand and meet customer requirements and expectations.
