About the Position

The University of Florida Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology & Nutrition is seeking an academic Transplant Hepatologist to join its established Liver Transplant Program. This is a full-time appointment in the Department of Medicine at the rank of Assistant/Associate/Full Professor level for a tenure/non-tenure track position.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an academic career in the field of liver transplantation
  • Contribute to the development of the Liver Transplant Program
  • Participate in the education and training of medical students and residents
  • Engage in research and scholarly activities

Requirements

  • Fellowship trained or substantial experience in Liver Transplantation
  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Qualify for academic appointment at The University of Florida
