Job Overview
Collin County Community College is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our facilities team. As a critical member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the comfort and safety of our campus environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Work collaboratively with other facilities staff to ensure seamless operation of campus systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service to faculty, staff, and students, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and insurability with our college's insurance carrier.
  • Certification in HVAC from a recognized technical trade school, including hands-on training and energy management system expertise.

Compensation:
$53,145 - $63,774 per year, depending on experience.
