Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will work cohesively with sales team members to engage, support, and provide exceptional customer service to Sleep Number customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and features to customers
  • Communicate product benefits and promotional information to customers
  • Work collaboratively with sales team members to achieve sales goals
  • Participate in the creation of your part-time schedule
  • Bring your prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably high-end sales
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly base rates
  • Uncapped commission on sales
  • 3 shifts per week: average 24 hours per week

Requirements
  • Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required
  • Self-motivated and competitive individual with a passion for sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
