We are seeking a skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team in Columbus, NC. As an integral part of our clinic team, you will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers of BRH. This includes assisting patients with check-in and check-out during appointments, ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient data, and providing support with scheduling appointments over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, staff, and providers.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out during appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
- Answer patient phone calls to assist with scheduling appointments.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience working in a medical office environment is preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A strong desire to work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team and serve a culturally diverse patient population is essential.
Benefits and Compensation
This position comes with a competitive salary range of $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
