Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales growth and cost control of the café against budgeted expectations and historical performance to ensure profit goals are met.
  • Maintain and exceed customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
  • Present a consistent, professional image of the café and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards.
  • Communicate and stay updated on all marketing and promotional materials.
  • Execute marketing and sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.
  • Build café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and initiating local store marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Managerial experience in the restaurant or fast-casual field preferred.
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees.
  • Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front-of-house and back-of-house.
  • Nice to have a proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
