Job Overview

AeroControlex is seeking a seasoned Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, including experience with CNC machining and manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the production process to ensure high-quality output and efficient processes.
  • Develop and maintain production systems, including MRP systems, to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Supervise employees with moderate to high skill levels and manage attendance, performance, and other personnel issues.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Five plus (5+) years of manufacturing experience.
  • Proven experience in production management.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
