Job Description

Your primary role as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Brickyard Healthcare will involve providing direct patient care under the supervision of a designated Supervisor. This includes administering medications, assessing patient conditions, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes. You will work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions, effective communication, and shared decision-making throughout the care process.

 

Responsibilities
  • Nursing Care Responsibilities:
    • Provides nursing care to patients under the direction of a Supervisor and according to physician orders and standards of nursing practices
    • Assesses patient conditions, develops individualized care plans, and implements interventions to improve patient outcomes
    • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and promote continuity across settings

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:
• A valid current RN license in the state where you practice
• CPR certification (to be obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Good standing with the state licensure board without any findings related to abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
