**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to fill an interim role at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

**Job Description**

The successful candidate will work as an Interim Therapy Coordinator, reporting directly to our management team. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate therapy services for patients, including scheduling appointments and managing paperwork
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
