Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud and virtual firewall strategy to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams, partners, and customers on virtual firewall deployment, operation, and management.
- Represent the voice of our customers and stakeholders to internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Partner with product managers to prioritize and understand customer and user needs, translating those needs into a compelling product roadmap.
- Build and maintain relationships with cloud service providers to drive cloud integrations and innovations, expanding our virtual firewall reach.
In this role, you will lead a team of passionate and dedicated engineers, marketing managers, cloud providers, leadership, and enablement specialists. Together, you will be empowered to build features and find routes to markets to expand the virtual firewall reach.
You will also partner with technology providers, managed service providers, and customers to solve tough problems, create new innovations, and win business.
What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a customer-focused, collaborative, data-driven, articulate, and a leader passionate about solving problems. As a result, you have a track record of developing products, solving exciting customer technology problems, and winning large deals.
Minimum Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in either product management or network security.
- One or more certifications in networking or network security, such as Cisco CISSP, Cisco CCIE, Palo Alto Networks PCCET, or Check Point CSA.
- Experience in at least one primary cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI).
- Experience engaging with internal/external customers to resolve issues.
- Experience building partnerships with technology, service, and implementation partners.
- Experience managing Cisco Secure Firewall and other Cisco Security technologies.
- Experience and proficiency with managing firewalling (L3/L7 to L7) in an enterprise network.
- Experience managing large initiatives and customer engagements.
- Experience presenting technical topics to large audiences, such as technology conferences, webinars, or internal trainings.
- Experience leading a cross-functional team of engineers, marketing managers, lawyers, and other partners to build product.
- Understanding of software-defined networking, network function virtualization architectures, and infrastructure orchestration automation toolsets (like Terraform).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related degree (or equivalent experience).
- MBA from an accredited university.
