Job Summary

This position is responsible for performing operational duties to provide quality products and services to customers in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various station duties, including fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food preparation, and drive-thru, as assigned to meet operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease, pursuant to operational standards.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Additional Duties
  • Report customer or employee complaints/issues to the Manager on Duty (MOD).
  • Move and stock food products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required.
Work Environment

This position requires continuous standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting in a restaurant environment. There may be frequent exposure to heat and hot liquid shortening while cooking, as well as frequent exposure to freezers when stocking food items. Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures may occur based on variable weather conditions.
