Tribal Transportation Program Manager

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the SCP LRTP, ensuring periodic updates using the BIA RIFDIS system">
- Plan and develop the SCP Transportation Improvement Plan, working directly with FHWA and related agencies to secure funding">
- Maintain accurate records of program and financial management, including cuff accounts and reporting to SCP accounting, FHWA, BIA, and other required entities">
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on project progress and issues to the TTP Director">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Planning or five years of transportation planning experience">
- Excellent technical writing skills, with knowledge of transportation planning and construction program requirements">
- Working knowledge of Santa Clara Pueblo's program and procurement guidelines, management, including administrative, finance, budgeting, personnel, procurement, contractual procedures, and safety">
- New Mexico Drivers License and insurability">
Estimated Salary: $35,238 - $52,857 per year
