Responsibilities:

* Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce the batch cooking method
* Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period
* Maintain open lines of communication with other associates
* Complete daily production sheets
* Follow all HACCP guidelines in utilizing leftovers
* Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management
* Maintain an open line of communication with management
* Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
* Follow all Parkhurst Gold Standards
* Assist fellow team members at every opportunity

Requirements:

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow recipes and standards
* Good communication skills
