Child Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Child Development Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, WA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in child psychology and be able to provide expert support to students with mental health and developmental issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student needs and develop individualized plans for support.
  • Provide on-site psychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state and district.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including evaluation results and progress updates.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current State licensure and/or certification in psychology.
