Job Summary:

Mercy is seeking a skilled LPN to join our neurosurgical team on a weekend option night shift. This is a 36-hour per week position, with three 12-hour shifts per week, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, seizure, MS, and back, head, and spinal surgical patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in orientation and training programs to develop skills and knowledge.
  • Meet the qualifications and requirements for the position, including licensure, certification, and education.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1 year of LPN experience.
  • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Current LPN license in the hiring state.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
  • LPN-IV Certification.
