Sign On Bonus Eligible: Up to $3,000

Schedule:

  • 36 hrs/wk (3x 12 hr shifts)
    • Fri, Sat, Sun
  • Night Shift - 1900-0730
  • Requires a 1 year contract
    • 3 weekends off in the 12 mo agreement
  • $15/hr incentive on top of base
    • + Shift differentials- Days, Nights, Weekends
  • Must successfully complete orientation before moving to weekends

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred Experience: 1 yr LPN experience
  • Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Must obtain and maintain a current LPN license within the hiring state and meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
  • Certifications:
    • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
    • LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
