Job Opportunity

Chandler Hall Health Svcs is seeking an experienced LPN to provide high-quality care to our residents in our Personal Care Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to meet the social, physical, recreational, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Document resident care and progress
Requirements
  • Active LPN License in the State of Pennsylvania
  • 2 or more years of experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
