Role Overview

As a Host with Apple American Group, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Your warm welcome and smile will make our guests feel valued and appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth guest flow by managing the host stand and communicating effectively with the team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the server team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Be at least 17 years old.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Physical Standards

  • Ability to remain stationary for long periods, exert well-paced mobility, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
