We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our ambulatory care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and medication management services.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, compound, and dispense medications to patients according to established protocols and regulations.
- Provide medication therapy management services, including identifying and resolving medication-related problems.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Supervise and train support personnel, including pharmacy technicians and interns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmacotherapy guidelines and best practices.
- Eligibility for licensure to practice pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Completion of 20 continuing education credits per year to maintain licensure.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the patient care team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively.
