Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated CLINICAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE to join our team at Embrace Dermatology and Aesthetics.

This individual will play a critical role in supporting our physicians in providing high-quality dermatological care to patients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

This is a part-time or full-time position, with the possibility of working at one or both of our locations in Philadelphia and Spring House, PA.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting physicians in providing quality care to patients, maintaining accurate medical records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key duties include:

  • Patient Care Coordination: Assist physicians in examining patients, taking vital signs, and documenting medical history.
  • Medical Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including laboratory results and treatment plans.
  • Administrative Support: Perform front-desk duties, such as checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • CPR Certification: Current certification or willingness to obtain within 4 weeks of employment.
  • Dermatology Experience: At least one year of experience working in a dermatology setting, preferably with electronic medical record systems.
  • Education and Training: MA certificate of completion or diploma from a medical vocational program, with preference given to those with EMA electronic medical record experience.
