Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cooperative Support Associate to join our team at SPIN. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with co-occurring dual diagnosis.

About the Role

The Cooperative Support Associate will provide support to individuals with complex needs, helping them to achieve their goals and live independently. This role requires a strong understanding of trauma-informed care, positive behavioral support approaches, and crisis intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to individuals with co-occurring dual diagnosis
  • Implement individualized support plans that promote independence and community integration
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience working with adults with co-occurring diagnoses
  • Valid PA/NJ Driver's License and 1 year of driving experience
  • Covid-19 Vaccination
  • Availability to attend a 2.5-week training program
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, paid bi-weekly, plus benefits including:

  • Full medical benefits for $5 per pay
  • 40 hours/week employees earn 3 weeks PTO in their first year
  • Retirement plan with employer match
  • Up to $500 yearly in Wellness plan rewards
