  4. Collaboration and Outreach: Collaborate with academic departments, administrative offices, and other stakeholders to identify, acquire, and process archival materials relevant to the college's history and mission.
  5. Digitization and Access: Oversee digitization efforts to make archival materials accessible online while ensuring the long-term preservation of original documents.
  6. Exhibitions and Education: Plan and execute exhibitions, displays, and educational programs showcasing the college's archival collections to engage and inform the campus community and the public.
  7. Outreach and Promotion: Conduct outreach activities to promote awareness of the college's history and archival resources, including presentations, workshops, and social media campaigns.
  8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation of archival collections, acquisitions, loans, and accessions.

Requirements
  1. Experience: Two years of experience in Archives or Library Science; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills.
  3. Community Engagement: Ability to engage both the Newman and external communities.
  4. Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
