About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Senior Project Manager to join our team at Surgery Care Affiliates. As a key member of our marketing, communications, content, and events team, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and supporting our culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage end-to-end workflow processes for complex marketing landscapes, meeting client-specific requirements.
  • Initiate, manage, and prioritize numerous projects simultaneously, defining and documenting scopes of work, key objectives, timelines, and desired outcomes.
  • Lead meetings, track action items and due dates, and send meeting notes.
  • Correct challenges and issues promptly, avoiding escalations and complaints.
  • Act as a department SME responsible for timely briefings, project plans, updates to KPIs.
  • Draw connections across multiple groups to drive consistency in project approaches and results.
  • Lead process improvement and strategic project teams to drive implementation of proposed objectives.
  • Maintain and analyze project schedules, preparing regular status reports for management and key stakeholders.
  • Track project risks, opportunities, and issues to develop resolutions to meet quality and timeline goals and objectives.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions following every project.
  • Build relationships and maintain communication with key stakeholders, securing required project approvals.
  • Work independently and/or collaborate with stakeholders to make informed recommendations based on process reviews, strategic initiatives, and goals.
Requirements
  • BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or other related business discipline required.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of project management systems, reporting systems, and processes.
  • Six Sigma, PMP, or CAPM certification preferred.

Travel Requirements

Moderate airline travel required for in-person meetings with clinical locations across the U.S.
