We are seeking an experienced and accomplished professional to join our team as a Division Director of Resident Care. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with State and Federal Regulations across our assigned communities.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and Implement Compliance Strategies
  • Monitor Policy Implementation and Ensure Adherence
  • Investigate Resident Complaints and Resolve Grievances
  • Conduct Compliance Surveys and Collaborate on Corrective Action Plans

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • BSN degree or higher required; MSN preferred.
  • SNF DON experience in Texas required; multi-state experience desired.
  • Minimum 10 years of nursing experience; 5 years of nursing management experience.
  • Licensed RN in good standing.
