Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Yard Accounting Specialist to join our team at Fenix Parts, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify approval on all invoices and check requests
  • Initiate payment of invoices following established procedures
  • Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from purchase, receiving, and from vendors
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
  • Assist in monthly and yearly close, and 1099 preparation

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of general business experience, Accounts Payable experience preferred
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent Data Entry Skills
  • General Math Skills
  • Good verbal Communication
