Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled BREAKFAST HOST/HOSTESS to join our team at Summit Hospitality Group. As a Breakfast Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional complimentary breakfast experience to our guests.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel or restaurant management and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in inventory control and waste management is also essential.

This role requires flexibility, including early morning shifts and weekends. You must have a reliable source of transportation and be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and set up breakfast stations, including coffee, hot foods, and cold items.
  • Monitor food levels and refresh as necessary.
  • Greet guests during frequent visits to the eating area.
  • Break down and clean breakfast serving areas and guest tables at the close of breakfast.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hotel or restaurant management.
  • Exceptional people skills and ability to train others quickly and efficiently.
  • Proficient in inventory control and waste management.
  • Professional communication skills and English proficiency.

Estimated Salary: $12-$15 per hour
