Primary Duties

  • Enhance safety measures throughout the facility and improve working conditions
  • Lead maintenance personnel and coordinate various projects
  • Establish key performance metrics and address maintenance challenges effectively
  • Design maintenance strategies and supervise equipment repair processes
  • Offer technical assistance and manage overall facility upkeep

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance or engineering roles
  • Comprehensive understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
